Today we will discuss about screen freezing issue which many users are facing in their nokia smartphone. There are a thousands of users who are facing the issue and they are stucked on it. Although nokia smartphones are good in their built quality and their performance but as like other smartphones it has some problems also. The phone screen freezing issue is also one of the issue the nokia smartphones has. Well the reason behind the problem is low storage. Almost the maximum number of users face the issue because of this. In the nokia 3.1 plus smartphone we have 3gb of ram and 32gb of storage but due to heavy app caches, junk files and software update it all filled up and because of it we see the phone freezing problem.
Well you can fix it easily just by performing force reboot in your phone which i have written below. When this process will end your phone will turn to normal. After it when your phone will be normal clear your phone storage so that you will not see the issue again in future. Low storage in phone make your phone difficult to perform anything and this causes the screen freezing and hanging issue. If possible you can factory reset you phone also.

- Turn on your smartphone.
- Press and hold the power button + volume down button for 10 to 15 seconds until you see the nokia logo appearing on your phone screen.
- When you see the nokia logo appearing on your phone screen release these buttons
- Now your phone will perform force reboot process.
- When this will end you will see your phone will be back to normal again.
