Clear data and cache of your camera
- Open your phone settings.
- Tab on apps.
- Search camera and tab on it.
- Tab on storage.
- Now clear the data and cache.
Force stop your camera
- Open your phone settings.
- Tab on on apps.
- Search camera and tab on it.
- Tab on force stop and accept it.
- After it restart your smartphone and check your camera again and if it is still not working then proceed to next step.
Factory reset your smartphone
If you have tried the first two trick but both don’t work then try the last trick that is factory reset this will fix your issue hundred percent.
Warning – factory reset will erase everything that is on your phone so be sure to backup all your data first.
- Open your phone settings.
- Tab on Backup & reset.
- Tab on Factory data reset.
- Now tab on reset phone.
- Choose erase everything.
- Now check your camera again you will see it will start working again.
