- Restart your device, many time we face the network issue because of software glitches in phone and this can be easily fixed just by restarting the device.
- Check your sim tray, if your haven’t inserted your sim properly then it’s obvious that you will face the issue.
If this tricks doesn’t work then follow these 2 which are below.

- Go to settings of your smartphone.
- Tab on dual sim and mobile network.
- Select your sim.
- Tab on on access point name.
- Tab on the plus sign which is in the top left corner.
- Tab on apn and write your sim name and after it save it.
- Now tab on apn protocol and select ipv6.
- Now restart your smartphone and check your sim again.
2.
- Go to settings of your smartphone.
- Tab on additional settings.
- Scroll down and tab on backup and reset.
- Tab on erase all data (factory reset) and accept it.
- Now restart your smartphone and check your sim again.
